Kate: Doing something incredibly out of character and volunteering to do a very long run. For two reasons - the first and most frivolous one is that it is a lovely London run (and very flat). The second and more serious one is that I want to raise money for Refuge UK to help protect women and children from domestic violence. Join me in this training blog as I do my best to keep myself motivated enough to prepare for a half marathon. I used to walk my high school cross country... this should be fun!
